Routine maintenance and precautions for use of automatic sharpening cutter

Before using the electric shear, add oil to the oil cup, push the knob behind the motor for a few turns, and the blade should be able to move up and down flexibly.

maintain:

(1) Use air duct or bellows to blow off the fuzz on the motor and knife sharpener twice a week.

(2) Remove the front cover once a week to clean the pile on the screw rod.

(3) Remove the blade at least once a day, and clean the slot with the slot cleaner.

(4) Do not add oil to the base plate roller.

(5) If the wheel does not roll, remove it for cleaning.

careful:

(1) Be careful of injury caused by sharp blade. Please use the handle to push the machine during operation, and use the lifting handle above the motor when moving the machine.

(2) When sharpening the knife: please put down the presser foot and slowly press the knife sharpening handle with force. If you die, please lift the fork and try again several times, then you will know what is the most appropriate weight.

(3) When replacing a new blade, the user should rotate the knob A at the rear end of the motor to make the blade at the lowest end, and make the lowest point B of the blade at 2-3mm below the foot plate C, as shown in the following figure.
