Main Configuration & Function Introduction:

1. The high-precision infrared electronic automatic aligning system is built-in to ensure the fabric edge regular.

2. The rotating speed value of each roller is accurately calculated and displayed. It is easy to quickly adjust to the optimal tension.

3. The high-precision electronic counter is used to calculate the fabric length (meter/yard). The length of fabric inspection can be preset. After the length reaches the limit, the machine will stop automatically.

4. Three Functions of Data Transmission & Review: Come with the high-precision mini–printer, WIFI or wired network connection to mobile phone or computer.

5. The function of non-fabric inspection on the fabric end can alarm the operator to feed the fabric in time, so as to avoid the trouble of repeated threading fabric.

6. The stepless frequency control is adopted, and the fabric relaxing speed can be adjusted at any moment according to the tension of different fabric.

7. The user can self-edit the classifications of bad items and record the quantity of bad items through the touch screen. Meanwhile, the system will automatically calculate the percent of pass according to the recorded numerical values.
