The machine features

1.The touch-based industrial all-in-one machine provides the multiple ports:RS232*2,RS485,USB*4,WIFI, LAN, VGA, HDMI and audio input/output. The user can freely connect it to the equipments of scanning gun, wireless printer etc and the intelligent management terminal of the factory.

2.Through the “Database”interface of screen, the user can pre-edit the common categories of bad items by himself and save them. When inspecting the fabric, the operator need only click the pull-down list box and select the corresponding bad item, convenient and efficient. Click the button of“Report Generation”in the“Inspection Report”interface, and the system will automatically record the current fabric-inspecting data into the fabric inspection report.

3.The database supports ACCESS and MYSQL. This system can save the maximum data file up to 2G.

4.The report printing supports virtual PDF printing function, advocating the idea of paperless green office.
